Simon is a computer musician and sound designer with a background in sculpture and installation art. As a Sound Technician at the School of Innovation & Technology, he teaches sound design, digital synthesis, and interactive audio. He is one half of experimental music duo soft tissue and founder of Network Music Glasgow, a research group and ensemble investigating improvisation and collaboration across Wi-Fi networks. His work has been presented internationally at various festivals, museums, galleries, and artist-run spaces.
