Rachel is a visual storyteller and product designer focused on the natural environment and designing for positive change. Driven by creativity, her background spans design, creative consultancy, education and customer experience, which informs her role as UX Designer in the Future Skills team, home to knowledge exchange at GSA.

With a passion for illustration and hands-on-making, Rachel draws on her professional experience to improve services, develop courses and skills packages, and widen product portfolios within GSA and external businesses of all sizes; Skyeskyns Ltd, DHI, Scottish Care.
