Gemma is a systems thinker, designer, facilitator, and coach with over 15 years of experience supporting leaders and organisations to build the capabilities for more regenerative systems. She is a trained Organisational Relational Systems Coach (ORSC) and an Associate with Moral Imaginations, Koreo, Deepr, Current Works and an alumnus of Forum for the Future’s School of Systems Change.  Notable recent roles include in local government at LBBD, where she set up a borough-wide fund to tackle loneliness and leading national approaches to systems change at The Children’s Society and Barnardo’s.
