Will's research and teaching centres on the power and politics of ideas, with a particular focus on inclusive ideation and the conditions that shape how ideas are generated, legitimised, and acted upon in organisations and communities. ompleted his Doctorate in Business Administration examining creativity in the statutory advocacy sector, and has published work on inclusive ideation, community wealth building, and the ethical use of AI. Will has worked with third sector organisations and NGOs across the UK and internationally, including in Cambodia.
