Prof Paul Chapman is the GSA's Director of Emerging Technology. Previously Paul was Head of the School of Simulation and Visualisation (SimVis) at GSA and before that Director of the Hull Immersive Visualisation Centre. Paul holds BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in Computer Science, he is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered IT Professional, Fellow of the British Computer Society and was an inaugural member of the Royal Society of Edinburgh's Young Academy. Paul is also a Director and Trustee of It’s Good 2 Give providing practical support to young cancer patients and their families across Scotland.
