Dr. Michelle Welsh is Deputy Head of Anatomy at the University of Glasgow, teaching biomedical and health students with a focus on reproduction, embryology, and histology. She also teaches scientific and transferable skills and delivers sessions on equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in science. Her research focuses on teaching and learning, particularly EDI in education. A Fellow of the HEA, she leads the Scottish Anatomist Group, advocating for high standards in anatomy and fostering inclusive educational practices.
