Dr. Ourania Varsou is a medically qualified Senior Lecturer in Anatomy at the University of Glasgow with a PhD in neuroscience/neuroimaging. She teaches bioscience, medical, and dental students, specializing in head and neck anatomy, imaging, and scientific skills like bioscience statistics. Her research covers SoTL, ultrasound, clinical anatomy, and AI in education. She leads the SINAPSE Public Engagement Theme, advocates for medical humanities, writes poetry, and promotes sustainability and alternative teaching methods in Higher Education.
